Senior Partner Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a professionally experienced Head of Partner Management to intensify existing partner relationships and expand the existing network. You want to take over our partner management and expand it strategically?

Your Opportunities

  • Strategic expansion of our partner network and identification of new expansion opportunities
  • Designing strategies to promote inactive and new partners
  • Development of our partner model to create the basis for further growth with our partners
  • Creating, structuring and optimizing our partner management processes by building a strategic department and being an active driving force
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders on the partner side
  • Managing and developing key partners and taking care of regular reviews as well as annual joint action plans
  • Creating and monitoring our partner KPIs and potential hurdles in order to proactively take action
  • Tracking your activities in our CRM system to optimize coordination
  • Designing and planning regular co-marketing initiatives with our partners
  • Cooperating closely with our teams in product management, support, sales and marketing
  • Supporting our partners in go-to-market activities as well as customer meetings to present our products
  • Building a dedicated partner management team in the long run

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, business informatics, international management or a comparable field of study
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in partner management, business development or strategic alliance management
  • Ideally prior positions in sales or partner management of thin client manufacturers (Fujitsu, HP, Dell, etc.), knowledge of the SaaS sector and a good network of partners
  • Knowledge of enterprise contracts
  • Ability to inspire others and build strong relationships
  • Interest in creative, independent development and pursuing own ideas
  • Analytical, design systems thinker and problem solver that is highly collaborative and thrilled by a challenge
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20-50% of the work takes place at the customer’s site)
  • Very good English and German skills (spoken and written)
