Enhancements of Scout Enterprise Management Suite 15.5.1000 LTSR

  • Incorrect processing of the device name template for newly generated devices names and OU subnet filter redirection to a non-existing OU has been fixed
  • Processing of the object right settings for Activate/Lock configuration transfer has been corrected
  • An USB recovery stick created by ELIAS on the basis of a user-defined image works fine again on UEFI devices
  • Updated code signing certificates and corresponding certificate chain in ELIAS

  • If you disable the Shut down user right, the Shut down button of the AD logon dialog will now also be removed

 

Security updates

Further security updates to fix the Intel and AMD processor vulnerabilities are included in the release of eLux RP 6.5.1000 LTSR. The updates consist of patches for the Linux kernel and processor microcode updates for AMD and Intel chipsets. Unicon strongly recommends that you perform the relevant system updates for your eLux devices. Please note that after updating your devices, appropriate tests in your system environment are necessary to ensure that the desired functionality is still available.
